I am suffering from a peculiar problem which seems to be funny to a third person. Though it is funny, it is a serious one for me. I expect a solution for this from this club.
I am aged 49 years suffering from a rare disease called HYPERACUSIS and TINNITTUS from 28th February 2005. Hyperacusis means intolerance in hearing normal sounds in my left ear. Tinnittus means a continuous ringing like sound in my right ear. Intolerance also means I hear normal sounds in louder volume with intolerance in my left ear. There is no medicine for this disease in the world as per doctors.
My problem is that my neighbor bought two high variety puppies in the year 2007. These two puppies had grown up to full size dogs by January 2008. This neighbours plot is around 18 cents. There is some 5 cents in front of his house and some 5 cents in the rear side of his house. He (neighbor) is putting one dog (black color) in front side and other one (white color) in rear side. The shelter for these two dogs is on the front side. The barking sounds of these dogs are of such a very high volume which cannot be tolerated even by a normal person. When barking starts it will be continuous for hours together. Once they are tied up in the shelter they will start non stop barking. When untied it will stop continuous barking. These barking sounds are very much intolerable to me and he (neighbor) will untie these dogs from shelter for some time whenever I tell him that I am irritated by these dogs sound. After some time again he will tie them in shelter and starts barking. I told him several times but no use. I am suffering from these barking sounds from January 2008 till now (22-9-2011). Is there any remedy for this problem. Anybody can help me. I am in Trivandrum Kerala.
