hello my lawyers friend,
i purchased a flat in thane district of maharashtra state. but unfortunately the builder was not readty for registration and i found that hid conduct was not good. therefore i sued a 420 case against him and also filed a a case in state consumer forum.
on subsequent hearing the thane court ordred him to do the registration of the said flat. the builder did the registration.
but now the builder is not giving me the possession of the flat on the reference that the matter of the said flat is already on court.
my friend the case of 420 is going on and the builder succeeded to get anticipatory bail.
the consumer court case also is going on.
now wat should i do to get the possession of my flat immediately,
