Hello, Need to prepare Power of Attorney document for non family member. The Power Assignor is NRI and visiting India. Assignee/Agent is Indian. This is for general power for family court. 1. What is the fee for general power for family court only non-family member? 2. Where should be registered? Jurisdiction? 3. Does it need to be registered? 4. How to cancel it later? 5. What id needs to be provided? 6. Are there other options? Thanks

POA and its jurisdiction is depende up on the location of that property.
