Dear Sir, Is it possible to give POA for 50% of undivided share of a vacant piece of land I own, comprising of two adjacent plots? While the POA is active, can I (as Principal) sell a specific portion of the total land, but less than 50% of total area? Before I execute the sale deed in favour of my buyer, if the power agent gets into an unregistered sale agreeement, is it valid?
