I had a question. While purchasing a plot for development in favour of a private limited company, is it necessary to get the power of attorney registered in favour of all the directors of the company? if yes, what are the consequences of not getting the power registered in favour of any one or more than one of the directors? Deed of conveyance is registered in favour of the private limited company.
