A Power of Attorney has been given, authorising the holder, residing in Bangalore, to do various acts relating to sale of a land located in Bangalore. However, this POA has been registered in Chennai and not in Bangalore .Is this in order, or will there be any issue with regard to the enforceability of this POA owing to the fact that the property lies in Bangalore, but the POA was registered in Chennai ?
