Hi All,
I got an pre litigation notice from lok adalat bangalore for my personal loan. Currently my financial status is not good. So I am not ready to appear before the lok adalat.
Can anyone please let me know, what happens if i dont appear before the lokadalat. what is the next step they can take.

Curretly I am running with empty pocket, I want to get it settle it after 45 days. As of now i just wanted to know the consiquence of not attending the lok adalat.
