If this law ( link at the end of this piece ) is brought into force, it would be a blessing in disguise for the genuine men and genuine women.
In a society where material wealth is on the increase and moral wealth is on the decline, this law, if implemented would save many a man/ woman and their families from dishonour and disgrace.
90 percent of families in India live normal existences keeping family issues within family.
10 percent of the families are unfortunate. Either the husband is a savage and beast without cultural balance or the wife is a dangerous monkey-mind without cultural balance.
Of this 10 percent, around 3 percent may be said to be genuine victims, both men and women and their families.
The salient features of a constructive nature of a person’s individual identity is also known as POSITIVE EGO and is beneficial to self and society.
The ego driven by dark shades of thought coupled with criminal intentions in addition to excesses of lust and desire, is also known as the NEGATIVE EGO and it is this negative ego of either the man or the woman or their family and friends and others in their lives ( including notorious advocates, immature counselors, corrupt police,…etc ) that break a family and society.
Life is never the same for a person after his/ her family is broken.
One stay for an entire day at the family court and when victims confide in you, you realize how a broken family is not just separation but it is the gang-rape of an entire family’s honour and respect.
What is life, without honour and respect ?
Generations together of a person’s family might not have spoken a word to the police.
But over-night, their daughter-in-law / son-in-law and her / his circle ( family, advocate,…etc ) filled with known and unknown people, indulge in gang-rape of the partner’s family honour and respect.
Therefore, to protect human life which needs to be lived with dignity and self-respect intact, this law, if implemented, would be a blessing in disguise.
