Hi Experts,
Divorse case is running.
Wife not received summons for the past 1.5 years.We hope we get exparte order in next 2 months.
Please advice me on precautions to take to make sure that she doesn't have any chance to go for appeal on exparte order showing different excuses (Like not received summons).
She is attending DVC case regularly and once her parents rejected summons.
