Probationary period

Sir,

I want to know after how many months of an employment, an employee's probationary period automatically convert into permanent employment, irrespective of getting any confirmation letter or not from the management? And it is under which act? Is this same for every industry? Waiting for your reply.

Check Probation period mentioned in job advertisement, offer letter, standing orders, appointment letter…………………………..and max. period if any for which it can be extended.

 

 

 

After the expiry of initial period of probation + Max. period for which it can be extended employee may stake claim for deemed confirmation.
