I had booked 2 BHK aprtments with an builder in Chennai at 30th Jan 2012 by giving 6.3 Lacs and made sales agreement between us and builder by signing in 20 rupees bond sheet, also builder issued recipt for 6.3 lacs. They suppose to handlover this project by december 2013 but till now they had not got building approval from CMDA and not started the project. I had requested them to return back the money many times but they are not retrun back the money so far and also they are treating me very badly.
Kindly anyone suggest is it any way to get back the money from the builder where this is my hard money and they are really cheating me
