are u a complainant ? If yes free copy immediatly given the police at the time of Reg the FIR.Other wise u also applying xerox copy of FIR in the concern court through a lawyer.Fee is charge by per page Rs 2/- only. The stamp affix fee and filing fee are fixing by lawyers etc. Not less than Rs.500.
