This is vivek seeking for your guidance,
A FIR was filed under IPC 302/201/120 in the year 2006 and after police investigation final report submitted to the hounarable court with no guilty and no evidence against us (10 accused). Thereafter magistrate taken cognizance in the year 2013, we have got anticipatory bail from high court then lower court after bail bond.
In 2018 we came to know by police station that our bail has been cancelled by the court and issued warrant.
Sir, please suggest how can we apprehending arrest, & what shoud we do now? Can we get again anticipatory bail?
