What is the procedure for seeking permission from Session Court for engaging advocate by the complainat/ Victim or Victim Party to assist in the prosecution?
Will application in plain paper addressing to the Hon'ble Judge by the complainant /Victim/Victim Party with his/her signature will do or some other way. Please advise/guide me.
