Procedure in criminal case

1. What happens when there is a non bailable warrant issued after chargesheet is filed by police and the person does not attend court? Does police arrest person and is so in how much time can he get bail if he was released prior within one month on bail.

2. What is the procedure after accused is asked to be present to collect the chargesheet. What are the next steps till the end of the case. When is the accused asked if he is guilty and whther by the magistrate court or session court.

Answers are highly appreciated.

a nonbailable warrant was issued against accused, he has to file a revision for challenging the said nonbailable warrant.

Dear Querist

if the accused is already on bail and due to his/her non-appereance the NBW had issued then appear before the court will be best option to get bail.

remaining point are based on the offence. you have not mentioned that in which section the case has been registered?
