Procedure to become a joint member in a coop housing society

You have to refer the bye law of the society.

You and your mother jointly execute the attched application form and submit to the Managing Committee along with share certificate and admission fee.

The Managing Committee should take action to do the needful.

Please note that after the death of your mother you will not automatically become member and owner of the flat. The flat can be transferred to your name after your mother's demise only if she nominates you as per procedure.
