Procedure to form a Company in Pune??

Hello Lawyers,

I have been assigned the work to form a company in Pune. As I know the whole procedure for formation in Mumbai. So, I would like to know whether the procedure is same and in case if there are differences then what are they? I have heard there are some differences in respect of mode of payment of fees etc.

the registrar office is situated at Deccan Bus stand and as far as the stamp duty and other fees i dont think there should be any changes. stamp duty is same throughout the state.
