I have been declared a proclaimed offender by a district magistrate court. I have fully co - operated with the IO and final chargesheet have been submitted long back. Neither i received any summons from the court nor any arrest warrant. The court has not allowed bail plea of all other accused and they have served the jail custody for more than three months. How can i get the proclamation removed, when i am willing to surrender and get the rgular bail so that i can face the trial?
