Proclamation

Dear All,

Lasy year under your guidance I had lodged a case under sec 138 for cheque bounce. I had collected a address to which I had sent notice and two summons but they came as "moved out". The person who had borrowed funds from me is untraceable.

How can I obtain a proclamation to post a advert in all news paper in the country?

My lawyer states that it cannot be done without issuing warrant, which in turn cannot be done without failing summon. :(

Pl help.

TIA

Kishor.

If the person is untraceable, warrants can be issued through last known address and then proceed with the case.

Many thanks.

But my lawyer denied it stating without address it cannot be done. Cause prior step is warrant and again without address it cannot happen. And since summon return reply is "moved out".

Is my lawyer taking me for a ride?

I cannot understand why law cant assist me to trace this man?
