promissory note with blank cheques

i lend 8lacs rupeea to a old person and he give me promissory without witness and notary attestation and he also gave me two blank cheques and now he died four months ago and his legal heirs was making false promises and totally denied my money. what should i do???

You have not stated the terms of loan as to when the loan was given and for which period loan was given, rate of interest and contents of promissory note. If your claim is within limitation then you can file suit for recovery against the legal heirs. If required consult with details.

loan was given in November 2014 and it's for three years which is going to be on November 2017

promissory note is simple as formats shown in google and have not arrested and not have any witness because of trust factor because they are my relatives. but u have two blank cheques but the person died
