according to my opinion, now a days the judicial officers are not very much particular about the white card holder status of the money lender. wether the signature of the borrower tallies with the signature over the pronote or not? and the borrower admission regarding the same. But, any how when the lend is a tax assessee. he must show the transaction in his book of accounts.
