Proof of title

DEAR MEMBERS,

IN A SUIT FOR INJUCTION, THE PLAINTIFF HAS FILED ONLY THE REGISTERED SALE DEED AS DOCUMENT ON HIS SIDE AND NO OTHER DOCUMENTS OR REVENUE RECORDS TO SHOW HIS TITLE OR POSSESSION. CAN TITLE BE CONFERRED BASED ON SALE DEED? IS THERE ANY JUDGEMENTS WHICH DESENTS FROM THE ABOVE VIEW? MY VIEW IS THAT SIMPLY A SALE DEED DOES NOT CONFER TITLE UNLESS OTHER RELEVANT RECORDS ARE PRODUCED. PLEASE GIVE YOUR VIEW AND COMMENTS..........

A simple registered sale deed is enough even sans corroborating proofs.
