I was purchases the property in Jan-2022 and making the sale deed in my Faver and getting the possession from seller after getting the possession after 6 month in May-22 I got the possession notice from PNB bank in the name of our seller after inquiry i got the bank was given the CC Limit on Fake paper of same property in dec-2019, I have original paper verify paper also getting the membership transfer in my fever i got rhe DRT for stay the property but DRT told that bank was given loan first means (2019) and you purchases the property in Jan-2022, first right of bank in this property so for stay application was dismissed now what i do now the possession of property with bank.I wanted to know what have my legal option i have
