Property

my grandmother has her own property.she already made a will that property belongs to one son and daughter..she has another son..after her death remaining one son doesn't have any rights on the property right account to her will

It is not possible to guide without knowing how the property was acquired etc.  Contact a local advocate who is well versed in Muslim law.

Your  Grand Mother has Sons X and Y and Daughter Z. Your Grand Mother wrote all her property to X and Z.

 

In that scenario, Son Y does not have any right. However, he can contest the Will and its veracity in which case, it is for the beneficiaries of the Will to disprove his claims and prove the authenticity of the Will under which they got the properties.

Under Mulim law, not more than one-third of properties could be bequeathed by means of a Will.
