I am intended to sale my 1BHK to one party for Rs.25 lacs, but party demand the possession on part payemnts of 10 lacs to my home loan, and remaining after 15 days of registration of flat. He also ready for sale agreement, pls advice shall I go with these terms.
Party giving reason that, what is the assurance that I will give him possession after making full payments before the possession and registrations.
