I live in an urbanised village in new delhi. My parents bought the property in 1966. There is an open passage in the northern side of our propery as per records of our registery. But over the years it has been encroached by neighbourers from both sides and yet still some passage is left. I recently made a complaint for the unauthorised occupancy and construction by my neighbour on eastern side. As per papers related to property, the neighbour has only one third of land in paper whereas he has occupied more than thrice of land in front of his house.
I have made complaint to SHO, ACP, DCP as well as CP. The SDM and DC as well as MCD and DDA.
The SDM office and patwari say that the land is question is a private land as per their khasra and they do not keep record of gali and road.
MCD in reply to RTI says that the concerned land is not in their record
DDA is not coming out with any reply whatsoever.
No one is giving a clue as to whose land it is. Where should I go. Moreover the MCD officers are totally denying the construction of the building by neighbour and are not registering the case whereas SDM did issue a restrainment order initially followed by show cause notice and SHO did make FIR on breaking of such RO by the owner of building.
Where should I go for non action on part of MCD, DDA and SDM as more than eight months have elapsed. and MCD engineers are denying any construction in reply to complaint forwarding through LG office
