I am residing at Delhi along with my children. I am a government servant. I got married to my maternal uncle's son who is working in Indian Airforce who was very cruel to me and to my children. He abandoned us left us with nothing. I filed a case against him for maintenance for my children and the court ordered an amount he was supposed to pay but he doesn't pay. I got divorce and the judgement was on my favour but i did not get any kind of monetary help or compensation. with empty hands fighting over 8 years i came out struggled to bring up my children. he has lot of hereditary property in south in which my son and daughter both have rights. they both were majors and he sold the property without their signatures and did not give anything to them. I really don't know how to proceed. Please guide me.
