Property Acquisition

An elder lady having 5 children among them 4 women and 1 men.
Among them 3 daughters are married and 1 son is married and 1 daughter is not married yet.

Now among them 1 daughter lost life in road accident leaving 2 sons behind.
Now there.s land on which elder lady and 2 grandsons have their names.
Now elder lady also left the world

Now apart from 2 grandsons sons, who will be having the rights over the left land of the elder lady.

question??
Will all the children (including the daughter who lost life(will her children be getting right over land)) including 2 married daughters and 1 not married and one married son will they be getting right over land.

Note: there.s no will or say vasiyat of the elder lady which can say that to whom land will be divided.

can someone suggest over it.?

According to the Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act 2005, daughters have the same right as sons to their father's self-acquired property, if he dies intestate, that is, without a will. The property will be divided equally among all legal heirs.

The point is the property doesn.t belong to their father. The property belonged to elder lady and two grandsons from one of the daughter of elder lady. Now any suggestions for this case?

The same suggession can follows. You can read Elder lady instead of father.
