Please help: Meri Nani jin ki death 1986 me ho gai thi unhone apni beti yani meri mother ke naam ek registered Vasihat ki thi (ek land ki) but keyo ki meri mother bahut din tak gao gai nahi to un ke cacha ke bachoo ne us ko apne naam kara kar bech diyea after 37 years hum ko gao walo se pata chala. Property paka 11 me thi or us ke liyea us time par ek case bhi chala that but, keyo ki koi attend karne wala nahi tha is liyea case final judgment tak kabhi pahucha hi nahi but fir bhi land un ke naam tranfer ho gai. To please mujhe batayeea ki how to get that property back ??
