Hi,
i have taken educational loan and for that we have kept residential land as security we didnt pay installments reguarly...now the situation is bank has given notice that they will sell the property and give a paper notice..we are ready to pay the amount but it will take 2 weeks time..can we approach the court to stop that for few weeks so that we can pay the amount...and if so how to do that..
plz help urgent
