Issue a legal notice and file a case against the builder

Thanks for the reply.

We had purchased a plot in Chikkaballapur(near bangalore), Karnataka, and the property seller had executed a buyback agreement MoU, in which they would buy-back/re-sell the property after a period of 5 years for a fixed amount. The condition was that we, the buyers intimate them 60days prior to the expiry of 5 years. We had sent intimations via email, whatsapp, and courier/speedpost, but they failed to acknowledge and act.

I am looking for legal representation for this. If a legal expert based (preferably) in bangalore is willing to take up this case, please contact me.

Has  the agreement provided for any arbitration? If not, you need to approach the competent civil court for specific performance. However, please note that the Court cannot enforce/execute the impossible.
