My father had a property dispute which had court hearing in 1993 till 2004 in district court where he won, than it moved to high court and his brother dies in 2013, high court disposed the case in 2017. Now his son want to appeal. is his son's appeal legit? What is the best course of action at the moment?
Other question is how long can it take for final settlement as we have already lost lot of years. Secondly, is there a way to claim financial compensation of time and money during last 24 years?
