Greetings experts,
please guide me
there is a pending issue in criminal court and now we cancelled mutuation in favour of accussed
will it be evidence or ? its negative thing for us?
we dont have any documents in our favour ..but we convinced and proved those are all forged documents?
i am worried ....that accussed applied RTI act that he want ownership details.

You must have engaged an able counsel.
What is the opinion of your own counsel?
It is always appropriate to show all docs on record to an able counsel specializing in such/family/property/revenue/civil/criminal matters and well versed with local laws and your personal faith.............
The counsel that has examined all docs and inputs can advise you the best and defend your interest.

sir i wanna know i dont have any documents in our favour...but i can prove accussed those are all fraud documents
what is the chance of case?
judgement in my favour sir!? can i expect?

Generically speaking: If the basic documents are fake/fabricated/created by fraud then the documents should be rejected.
The counsel that has examined all docs and inputs can advise you the best and defend your interest.
