Hi Mr. Jayaram,

I would like to inform you that the said property can be given on rent till the time the matter is not listed in court. Even if the legal notice has been sent or circulated, its without prejudice, so the property can go on rent or lease, but if the matter gets listed in any civil court, then the property can not be transferred or rented or leased.

All the best.

I found the blog updates pretty tremendous about law and wise helping material by experts. I hope the number of people getting the solution on https://essay-reviewer.com/best-paper-writing-service/ blog and getting the experts suggestions. I must recommend others to visit and get solutions.
