Property dispute

My Grand mother's father has 1 son and 2 daughters and he has agricultural land of 10 acres and 2 daughters were married and son also married and did make partition in agricultural land. That son has only a daughter married to one of sister's son. Now Sisster son also expired and his uncle or the 1st person also expired. Only 2 daughters were alive. Now they want claim equal share in that property because it is the property of father. Whether it is tenable.

This property will devolve on all the three children of the father of your grandmother.

Thus your grandmother is entitled to her legitimate share in her father's property as a right.

The claim made by the children of the brother of your grandmother over entire property is incorrect and not maintainable in law
