Property distribution

Need legal advice from any of the experts on this forum. This is regarding distribution and claim to father's property by children after father's death. My name is Sharif Ali. We are practising Sunni Muslim family. I am the only son of my parents and I have 3 sisters who are married and well settled in their respective in-laws homes. My father currently owns a big independent home in Khammam. He has acquired this property through his ancestral property. He decided that he will give me the independent home.he married his Daughters and gave them enough dowry and now my sisters are claiming to have the equal share in the House they all have their own in-law houses but i don't have any house can u please suggest me some legal advice for the distribution of this property.

     If any property is converted in the residential land act section 143.  After converting the land use can mutation done of said property?
