property for granddaughter

Hi, Could someone clarify my doubt regarding property. Im married women,with two years daughter ,i have been married for three yrs.my husband expired 3months.my father in law has three daughters who are married and one physically handicapped daughter.my husband is only son who is no more.my in laws are both pensioners and have three houses which are there self earned.can my daughter get share in the property since she is the only child of there son.now they are refusing to give us anything from there property.how much can my daughtr and myself get legally.please advice how shall i proceed.im an unemployed women.

you cannot take any share by force from him as all the property is self earned by your in - laws , legally also you can not take property without their wish , why they don't want to give you any thing pl. clear it . settle your problem amicably with your in - laws or take help of your elders and relatives of both sides and reconcile your matter this time you need more their help , they also need moral support as they had lost theironly son , so go forward and try to settle your problem.

Here the problem is with there daughters and son in laws who are pressuring them not to give any share to me and daughter.Right from the day of marriage there were several issues with my sister in laws and my husband dint not go against them.Even he dint change nominees in his epf,lic and banks.my in laws cannot go against there daughters and son in laws decision, they want to equally share between daughters only.can someone tell me what can i do
