Property in gram panchat

I have purchased a flat in gram panchayat area and loan has been processed frm adhar finance and downpayment done ..thng is registeration is pending and the loan cheq amount is not disbursed in builder/land ownervaccount bt my emi is deducting ... I am asking for possession bt builder is sayng he will give after once the registeration is done .

Hello,

You have booked a flat by making a down payment and your loan is also processed by the bank. So if now the builder refuses to register the document and hand over the possession of the flat in this case you will have to take legal action against the builder. Send builder legal notice and later on approach consumer forum.

send a legal notice and then file a complaint with R.E.R.Authorities against builder. Procedure for complaint follows.

Step 1 – In order to register a RERA compliant, you need to go to Telangana RERA portal. On the home page, you will find a link to register Complaint. Step 2 – Click on the complaint registration link, you will be landed to the page where you need to provide details of the complaint.
