Dear Sir,
my father has sold his house 3 years ago which is a self earned property and he is no more now. my brother, and mother also signed in the sale agreement . but recently i came to know that girls also got share in propety can i file a case against buyer for asking my share as i dint the signed the agreement before but now the buyer has transfered that property to another person. is that ok to file a suit asking for my share? thanks for doing the needfull.
