Property issue_need help

Hi Sir,

Few years before I buyed 3 properties but my wife done fraud and made all lands in her name like (wife_name W/O husband_name).:Now she sold all 2 properties and planning to sell last land.I am afraid after she selling all these 3 properties she come back to me again for money/maintainess)

QUERY:Can I file partision suite

QUERY2:Can I stop her from selling

Who is the absulte owner of the all properties if all properties r only your wife name at that time u r not do any action against her becuz as per record she is owner of the all properties and if the all properties r joint name of you and your wife name u file a suit for partition otherwise she is sale her 1/2 share from the properties and at that time u sign in documents but first u see and read the documents then sign.

Registration is like Madhavi w/o Surya Reddy.

QUERY:Do above like registration (Madhavi w/o Surya Reddy)stands joint name of me and my wife name or only in her name
