My husband died in 2010, one of my husband friend who was a close family friend was in need of help and requested me to take a loan on my property and the loan of 30 lacs got sanctioned on my name and the family friend immediately took the cheque and encashed on his name but i was unware about anything when in 2021 the loan person came home and said the EMI on the property is not paid. When i approached our family friend i came to know about several facts that the property is on his name and the loan got transferred on his name. What should be my next step?
