I'm the owner of my house located in Pondicherry
On march 2009 , the tenant and me , we have signed a lease , written on stamp paper ( 20 Rupees stamp).
THIS lease deed entered into at Pondicherry on the day 1st of April 2009;
This lease is valid for a period of 5 years renewable every 11 month .
BUT this lease was not registrated !!
Now I have asked the tenat to vacate but he does'nt want !!
1°) As this lease is not registrated , is it valid ?
2°) can I have a copy of the law regarding this case ?
3°) As the tenat does'nt want to vacate , what can I do legally ?
