A party brought a property from SC candidate, alloted by government. While selling, he took permission from tasildhar as for law. At the time of selling on year 2006, his daughter was married and was staying at husband house and didn't sign sales deed, however remaining family duly signed sales deed. We don't know whether they are HUF at the time of sign. Now his daughter filed a petition on her family and A Party
Would like to know does class one hiers will have rights on property allocated by government to their father and to what extent does married daughter has rights on it.
