I have given application for fixation of boundaries in Taluk office on 2019.due to delay happened from Taluk office for measurement I have filed writ petition in high court.Honourable high court vide it's order has instructed the Tahsildar for fixation of boundary within six weeks.As per the high court order the fixation of boundary completed on 17/09/2020 by giving notice to the neighbouring property owners.After the fixation of boundary stones we have fenced our land.After the completion of fencing one of the neighbouring property owner has filed case against us that around 0.75 cents was encroached by us.Even though he has given notice by village authorities regarding the land measurement he was not present at the time of measurement.Also he visited our site multiple times during the construction of boundary wall and has not raised any objection till the completion of work.After the completion of permanent fencing he filed injunction to the property.what will be the remedy for us .we have done all the things legally
