Property mutation

Hello,

Please help me, i am looking to purchase a small shop, the person whom i am buyig not has mutated the property, neither did the builder. the broker is keep insisting that there will be no problem.

please help me what to do.

The person from whom you wish to purchase the property should have clear and markatable title over the property. He should have the right to sell it. Insist upon the documents that show clear title of the seller, if you have any doubts about it then, it is better you avoid the said purchase.
