Dear All,
I have a property which was rented to a doctor for more than 20 years. The doctor suddenly vacated the property and handed it to a local gangster without contacting me. Later on, the gangster offered me to purchase the property which he never did.
2 years later from the day the offer was made by the gangster, I went to the property and asked the person who was occupying it to purchase it or vacate it. At this time, he called that gangster who came and started beating me. He also threatened me to forget the property if I valued my life.
I am not concerned about the money but find this as unacceptable. Please advise what I should do to resolve this matter.
