One of the society member of our society is not tracebale for last 25-30 years.Our building is under redevelopment and the builder as well as society comittee members removed the things from the flat.For last 28 years or so nobody turned up to stake the claim.Some of the committee members are trying to grab the property by hook or crook.One day secretary announced that the nominee is traced.My question is that the nomination forms are with the society and a copy with the member and the member is not traced. my view is that the secretary and other member must have shown the the nomination form of fake person because the sign.of the owner is not known so by creating fictitious nominated person society is trying to cover up the matter.In this case can any member ask the society to show the sign. on the nomination form and the original aggreement signature to tally this.and ask the nominated person not to dispose off the prpperty for certain years.
