The facts posted are confusing. It appears that you have only entered into an agreement. If so, what are the terms of the agreement for execution of the sale deed?

If you have really bought land through either oral or written agreement and seller is not willing to perfom contract or execute sale deed in favour of you then you may file suit for specific performance of contract before civil court to get executed the sale deed.

If you have purchased the land one year before posting this query, what is the dispute ???
If it may be presumed that you have executed an agreement to purchase one year before posting this fake query, whether the agreement did not contain consideration amount ??? Unbelievable statement.
Further you have stated, inter alia, that, "Now what I have to do ?"
Show the agreement (if sale deed has not so far been executed and registered, as presumed) to a local prudent lawyer for proper analyses, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

Both the parties must abide the agreement of sale of property.
An agreement of sale constitutes the terms and conditions of sale of a property by the seller to the buyer. These terms and conditions include the amount at which it is to be sold and the future date of full payment.
