Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am Govt. Employee and having 2 houses registered on my name as single owner ( 1st before joining service and 2nd I taken flat in duty station).
I am planning to purchase 3rd for investment purpose in other city. I want to know that if register on my wife's name as single owner then advantages/disadvantages.
I am already paying substantial amount towards income tax. If suppose in future if I rented this flat is there any income tax I have to pay if it is on my name.
please suggest suitable solution
