In family settlement partitiion, one portion of the flat has the registry which belongs to a different area as there is no valid registry for our area. For remaining portion of the flat, registry can not be done as it is not opened yet due to unauthorized area and we will do partition on the basis of GPA
Can we get the registry of that portion which has been done at different area in order to avoid problems later in future, as that registry at present is considered as illegal
